Baby Bunnies!

Our rabbits had babies!  With four mother rabbits, we now have 28 babies.
As soon as their eyes are open and they can leave their mothers, we will probably be selling them. So if you want a rabbit, wait a few weeks and then some, and the babies will be ready(sorry just joking, they will be ready in only 2 weeks).  We have a litter of white, and two litters of blacks with white tummies, whites and blacks.  So come and get `em-  in a few weeks. :) ;)

And since I am in a jokey mood:

Seattle Train Trip

We (The usual crew, w/ Uncle Porter Basset) went on a homeschool train trip to Seattle.  We woke up at 5:30 and so did the Bassets.  We had to get to Portland at 7:30, and Portland was two hours away from Dallas!  By the time we got to Seattle, it was 12:-something.  We went to the Seattle Science Museum.  They had a special exhibit, "Star Wars: Fantasy Meets Science."  It had a floating chair powered by air force and all the kids gave it a try.  Pictures again:

                                                Dorf a Morf

Afterwards, we rode a Monorail and a subway and did quite a bit of walking to get back to the train.  On the train, we played Slapjack and Uno and Mille Bornes and made a new friend, Hannah.
We were very sleepy when we got back, so we fell asleep pretty quickly.

"Planet Ho!"

Christopher turned over a grow-box of Dad's and thought it would make a                great spaceship.  Mom had taken out the back seat of the van and we thought it could be a great spaceship seat.  Christopher used Julianna's old car seat and used it for the captain's seat.

Julianna wanted to participate, so we made her a janitor.  We didn't have her for long, though, because we turned on the exercising music that Daddy would jog around to and she said:
"Run! Run! Run!" and ran all around the spaceship.  Pictures:

The starboard crew: "Captain Falcon" in the
front, and in the back is the rest of us, saluting.

I ("Stacey") am the one who is smiling for the camera.

An Artist In The Making

My sister Julianna is only 2 yrs. old and she is potty trained, very capable of speech, and is already saying her own prayers.  Yesterday she made a whole bunch of glue-and-glitter (and dyed noodle) collages.  She did them all by herself ( okay, I helped a little, but that isn't the point.)!
They were on colored paper.  Julianna was squirting glue on paper and squealing up a storm, saying "Squeeze, squeeze!" And looking very pleased with herself.  I only put on the noodles, because she was obviously only interested in "squeeze!"
She was making dots and faces with the glue and was counting them, like this: "One.  One eye. Two.  Two eye."
I took millions ( okay, maybe I am exaggerating a teeny teeny teeny   bit.) of pictures:

                                               "Squeeze, Ha-hee!

                                   I obviously loved this one-

                                         Couldn't get enough here either!

                            The Process-  I'm glittering it.
I am so proud of my sister!                                                                                                         POSTED BY DORATHY!!!

Jacqueline's B-Day Party

Jacqueline had a movie star/awards party and she invited me!  She had placed a large red tissue as a walkway to her front door.  Her cousin was sitting in a chair and she asked each of us,"Can I have your autograph?" Like we were famous stars or something.

When I went in the house, I saw her cake. It was shaped like a miniature Hollywood.
We painted our hands and printed our hand prints on pieces of cardboard with stars on them.  Jacqueline's mom said it was like the place in Hollywood where movie stars place their hands into cement. Then we made pretend commercials.  Jacqueline's mom divided us into 3 groups.

My group did pretend Barbie commercials.  I got an award for the most information in my commercial.

After that, we did presents. My present was a doll Rapunzel from the movie Tangled, some nail polish and a large box of Nerds.

Then we had cake, pizza and 7-up.  While we ate, we watched Tangled. Then I went home.  It was very fun.
